Acceptable use
Use Cooli Poise to prepare for conversations, rephrase your writing, manage job applications, and document meetings. You agree not to use the service to impersonate others, harass, threaten, generate malicious code, or create content that violates applicable law. You also agree not to reverse engineer models, scrape the site, or attempt to bypass security or rate limits.
Your account and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities that take place under your account. Keep your password and generated API keys private. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, notify us immediately at [email protected].
Content and voice ownership
You retain complete ownership of the text you enter, the resumes you upload, and the conversation data you process. By using Poise, you grant us permission to process that content solely to deliver suggestions, learn your personal style profile, and power your workflows. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content or outputs.
Conversations, recording, and message delivery
The notetaker bot and audio capture tools record only when you explicitly start them. You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary consent has been obtained from participants in accordance with local recording laws. Drafts produced by Poise are recommendations; you review and choose when to send them. Automatic attendee recaps remain disabled unless you choose to turn them on.
Service availability
Cooli Poise is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. While we strive for high reliability and data integrity, we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Maintenance periods, provider outages, and network delays may occur.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time directly through Settings, which deletes your data. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or compromise platform integrity.
