Do I need a card?
No. The free plan needs no card.
What happens when the trial runs out?
Poise keeps everything you made. Pick Starter, Pro or Elite, or a $19 pack of five analyzed meetings, when you want more.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. No card is on file for a new account, so nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan.
How do I cancel?
Cancel a paid plan any time from Settings, Billing. A reminder email before every renewal: 3 days ahead for monthly, 7 for yearly.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. Export everything associated with your account as JSON from Settings. Delete your account at any time.
Do you need my calendar?
No. Poise works without calendar access. Connecting a calendar in Settings is optional.
Is my data used to train models?
Your picks and edits train only your personal profile so future suggestions match your voice. We do not sell your data, and your inputs are never used to train third-party public models.
