For teams
Poise for teams, priced for how you actually work.
Standard plans on the pricing page are single seat. Enterprise is tailored: tell us how your team writes, sells, hires, and supports, and we shape custom deployment terms, integration access, and volume pricing around that.
Single sign-on and SCIM, with no seat minimum
Single sign-on (SAML or OpenID Connect) and SCIM work for any team, whatever its size. Nothing to request and no sales call.
- Sign in through your own identity provider with SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect, for the addresses of your verified domains.
- Require single sign-on for those addresses. The team's owner, with two-step sign-in on, keeps their other ways in, in case the identity provider fails.
- SCIM 2.0 lets your identity provider add people to the team and take them out. Users only: groups are not synced.
- Set it up yourself in Settings, Team, with step-by-step guides for Okta, Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace.
Every Windows computer, set up once
A machine-wide installer installs Poise for every user on a workstation and runs silently, so Intune or SCCM can deploy it. It needs an administrator and does not update itself: updates come from what pushed it.
What you can enforce through Windows policy
- LocalOnly
- Nothing anyone writes is sent to Poise.
- DisableRecording
- No calls are recorded on the computer.
- DisableUpdates
- The app does not update itself: updates come from what you push.
- DisableAsk
- Ask is not available in the app.
- ForceProcessing
- Rewrites run in the cloud, or only on the computer.
- AllowedProviders
- Only the AI providers you list can be used.
The app reads them from HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Cooli\Poise, where a person cannot change them.
Your data trains only your profile: each person's picks and edits shape their own voice, never anyone else's.
