    The Windows app records the call from your own computer. In Meet, Teams or Zoom on the web, the Chrome extension works from the call's captions. Suggestions come from your notes, not guesses.

    A draft email that sounds like you, and a list of every promise made in both directions. You edit it, and you press send.

Questions

Does a bot join my calls?

No bot unless you invite one. The notetaker is off until you turn it on, joins only the meetings you confirm, and everyone in the call can see it. Poise does not join calls uninvited or listen continuously in the background.

Does Poise record without asking?

No. The bot enters a meeting or starts local audio capture only when you explicitly trigger it, and you can stop recording at any second. You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary consent has been obtained from participants in accordance with local recording laws.

Will Poise email my notes to everyone on the call?

No. Recaps are never shared with other meeting attendees unless you explicitly enable attendee recap delivery in Settings. Follow-up emails, proposal messages, support notes, and tone variants remain drafts for your review.

Is my data used to train AI models?

Your picks and edits train only your personal profile so future suggestions match your voice. We do not sell your data, and your inputs are never used to train third-party public models.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. Export everything associated with your account as JSON from Settings. Delete your account at any time.

Is there a free trial?

What happens when the trial runs out?

Poise keeps everything you made. Pick Starter, Pro or Elite, or a $19 pack of five analyzed meetings, when you want more.

Why does Windows warn me when I install?

The installer is not signed yet, so the first time you run it Windows says the publisher is unknown. It happens once: the warning comes from a mark Windows puts on files a browser fetched, and every update after this one is fetched by the app itself, so they install quietly. Pushed to a fleet with Intune or SCCM, nobody sees it. The app installs no driver, hooks no keyboard, and reads no other program's memory.

Is there a Mac app?

Not today. On a Mac, use Poise in the browser and the Chrome extension.
